The Tehran Hamburger Company was established in 1975 with a goal of developing mass industrial processed food products. In a relentless pursuit of quality and growth, in 1983 the Company received one of the first permits issued by Iranian Ministry of industry and health, and shortly after it was awarded the diploma of standards from Institute of Standards and Industrial Research of Iran.
Thanks to its growing strategy, constantly oriented towards quality in products and processes, it was the first Iranian Company to obtain the HACCP certificate from TUV Germany and the International ISO 9001 Quality Certificate.

Tehran Hamburger Company employs today approx. 200 people divided among 4 productions sites and is one of the largest and best-known producers of frozen food products in Iran.
The Company’s policy is to use the state-of-the-art technology to further enhance their health and safety standards in processing frozen meat products, with the purpose to be the pioneer in quality and production of hamburger patties equipment and to deliver superior quality and healthy products to their customers.

The new BTG equipment allows the efficient and economical use of raw materials and energy during production and low operating costs while maintaining high quality and high productivity.
The automatic packaging equipment recently supplied to Tehran Hamburger includes a CL157 BTG cartoning machine to collect flowpacked hamburgers arriving on as single lane and to load them into pre-glued cartons previously taken from a dedicated magazine, then erected and placed inside a flighted chain. Once loaded, cartons are transferred to the flaps folding station, closed by hot-melt and then conveyed to machine outfeed. Speed is 250 products per minute: 50 cartons per minute, in collation of 5 products for each carton.
