The HYDRA series is a completely automated bottles washer designed to incorporate the most recent sector innovations. Reduced maintenance, extreme ease-of-use and -cleaning are its strong points.
A new, more rational wash cycle-including an initial bottle-emptying station followed by a pre-wash spraying and first pre-soak bath-significantly reduces detergent bath pollution and markedly decreases consumption levels.
The double label-removal station assures that the labels are completely loosened from the bottles while a rotating filter, extending the entire width of the machine, carries every last trace outside the machine.
The series of internal and external high-pressure detergent wash sprayings, performed using self-cleaning and self-centering rotating nozzles completes the bottle washing process.
A highly-effective alkalinity reduction station followed by a series of internal and external spray rinses, provide thorough bottle rinsing with low water consumption from the mains.

These models are designed and built according to the requirements and specifications of the most important users, and aim precisely at satisfying the needs of the highest level of bottle washing automation, while at the same time being extremely reliable in terms of both mechanics and electronics, allowing easy and low-cost maintenance.

The bottles washer to serie PHOENIX DE (double-end), is the greatest technological expression ever reached in the bottle washing sector.

This project of washer bottle, directed to important users, has been projected, experimented and realized to satisfy the most specific demands of whom highly uses these machine in professional way.

Peculiarity of this machine double-end is the high hygiene (thanks to the separated loading and unloading bottles) and ease of cleaning and maintenance.

The most significant characteristics of this model are:

  • the modular construction to facilitate the transport and for possible future implementations;
  • possibility to have from 2 to 5-6 detergent baths;
  • possibility to have a special loading module with pre-heating bath;
  • possibility to have a special rinse module, with acid bath or traditional rinsing bath.

We have a staff of more than 15 people, a covered manufacturing area of more than 2000 square meters and we can count on a tight long-lasting collaboration with outside companies producers of ancillary components.
