IDROINOX IMPIANTI Srl started its activity in February 1984 with the aim of “preventing contamination during transfer”, which is still the guiding principle of our company. With time, our company has won acclaim in the national and international context, working for the food, pharmaceutical, cosmetic and electronic sectors as well as for hospital and water purification plants.

Thanks to our continuous pursuit of excellence, IDROINOX IMPIANTI proved to be a pioneer in the use of orbital welder during the 1980s and obtained ISO certification in the 1990s and PED in the early 2000s. Those important certifications let the company build “key in hand” plants in complete autonomy.

In 2005 the company moved to our current head office, expanding and automatizing its productive areas and renovating its design and customer-service areas. At the same time, IDROINOX IMPIANTI enlarged its range of products with the distribution of osmosis plants and steam and ozone generators for pharmaceutical and industrial uses.


IDROINOX IMPIANTI is specialised in the design, manufacture and installation of stainless steel plants for the pharmaceutical, food, cosmetic and electronic industries. Our company works independently or in partnership with European engineering firms and general contractors for the most important national and international companies in these sectors.

We aim to:

  • Provide turnkey packages of preparation rooms for pharmaceutical and food solutions, including commissioning;

  • Provide turnkey PW, WFI and PS distribution circuits, including commissioning;

  • Supply preparation vessels and storing tanks;

  • Supply tube heat exchangers;

  • Supply complete equipment for the production of ozone, for inverse osmosis and clean steam generators;

  • Provide CIP and SIP;

  • Supply water pretreatment assemblies with filtration systems and iron and manganese removal, for the production of clean and ultra clean waters according to USP;

  • Provide detailed engineering: P&ID, tubing sizing dedicated to Process Fluid transport and utilities with implementation of 3D drawings and plant’s layout;

  • Arrange all necessary documents for FAT, SAT and related protocols along with all required documentation for commissioning and following FDA system validation;

  • Provide and certify non-destructive controls on raw material and on each part of the plant including: bore scopes, SMEs (alloys analyser), iron content testing, Eddy Current test, etc…) performed by skilled technicians and state-of-the art instruments;

  • carry out Washing, Passivation and Derouging of obsolete plants according to the most innovative standards.


IDROINOX IMPIANTI has always focused onto Quality as the main feature of its work and has obtained the following ISO certifications: 1999:ISO 9002; 2000:ISO 9001:2000; 2008:ISO 9001:2008.

IDROINOX IMPIANTI also has the PED (97/23/CE) certification for the following processes: design, manufacture, final product inspection, and testing of tanks, exchangers and sets.

The welding procedures and the welding team are certified by the Italian Institute of Welding according to the following dispositions: ASME BPVC section IX, EN 15614-1, EN 287-1 and EN 9606-1.

All the welding activities are supervised by two internal inspectors, who are also certified by the Italian Institute of Welding.

The production department is certified according to non-destructive testing (dye penetrant inspection, boroscopic inspection, PMI analyser, control of ferrite, surface roughness controland Eddy current) and we can also provide the relevant documents for the FDA validation of the plant, such as IQ and OQ protocols.


Idroinox Impianti entered the food industry in 1984 when we started manufacturing the most important milk plants in Italy working both as a partner of prestigious engineering firms and general contractors and as turnkey design and manufacture.

Then we had important orders by leading companies of the food and beverage sectors, which encouraged the development of a wide range of products, such as:
