To cook sheet, fresh and dry pasta, immersed in water. Built in stainless steel, with a covered cooking tank and a zone for washing and cooling the product. The water in the cooking tank is heated by a steam-fed heat exchanger. The treatment parameters can be varied during operation, ensuring flexibility of use. Once emptied, the tank can be automatically lowered and the cover panel lifted for easy cleaning.
