Lebanese bakery equipment manufacturer, LibanFour, out to prove regional bakery players can source cost-effective ‘local’ manufacturing equipment

Established in Lebanon in 1970, LibanFour is a bakery technology manufacturer specialising in full-automated bakery lines that produce Arabic flatbreads, tortillas, Indian and Turkish breads.

The company revealed its modern lines of mixers, dough processing equipment, ovens, pastry machines and other baking-related equipment received significant international attention at Gulfood Manufacturing, the Middle East’s biggest food manufacturing, processing and packaging, logistics and materials handling exhibition.
